Shipping Policy

Tables

Every effort must be made on behalf of the receiver to accept delivery. Refusal of a delivery for any reasons may result in delays and possible fees.  If a table delivery is refused for non-damage reasons by the receiver Or If a table delivery is attempted and is returned as non-deliverable: The receiver assumes any additional costs, fees and penalties from any primary or third parties involved. A second delivery may not be available and will be at the discretion of Phat Slabs LLC. Subsequent delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the receiver including handling of any paperwork, working with brokers, providing proper regulated documentation, logistics with the shipping company, and any fees or extra costs that may occur. 

Small & Large Orders

Small orders are shipped with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. For larger orders we ship motor freight on a pallet. Unless you select the liftgate delivery option at checkout, if available, you will be responsible for unloading motor freight deliveries from the truck. Please make sure you have the proper equipment and people available to do this. Be mindful that your order may be of considerable length and weight. Motor freight carrier will provide delivery to your parking lot, driveway, curbside or other location to which the carrier can safely and legally back the truck up to, at driver’s discretion.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Typically turnaround times are much faster, but it depends of availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  If you need your slab or table by a certain date, please talk with our team before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Freight Orders

All orders delivered via freight will be hand unloaded by the customer accepting the delivery. This is to ensure all the delivered material is not damaged and is to the customer's satisfaction. In the event that damaged/defective material needs to be returned to Phat Slabs LLC it is the buyers sole responsibility for packaging and reloading of the material for return to us.

Inspection/Claim

At time of delivery, please inspect shipment for damage and/or missing items. Document any damage or missing products on shipping documents before signing. There is a limited time to make claims. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via telephone so we can address concerns in a speedy manner. Please note, the freight company may need additional documentation and/or photos. If there is damage DO NOT install product as this constitutes acceptance.

Return Authorization

We do not accept unauthorized returns. We make every effort to satisfy our clients. Phat Slabs LLC., Inc. may, at its option, allow a return. Any return shall be at the Buyer’s sole risk and expense to include freight to and from supplier and a restocking fee dependent upon product. Return shall be affected only upon actual delivery to Phat Slabs LLC. of return products in same condition as they were delivered to the carrier by Phat Slabs LLC. for original shipment to Buyer. Credits are subject to the prior satisfaction of any and all past due monies owned to Phat Slabs LLC.
